Eggnog Pie with Rum

This pie is sensationally rich and the perfect holiday dessert offering. The crust is made from buttery and sugared pecans. The filling is a thick eggnog custard, laced with rum, and made even more wonderful with mounds of whipped egg whites and cream. The pie is chilled and frosted with spiced whipped cream.

Cranberry studded gelatin is allowed to partially set before whipped topping is folded into the mixture and spooned into a pre-baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly before serving. 

Pumpkin Chiffon Pie I

Pull out the double boiler, because you'll need it to turn egg yolks, sugar, pumpkin puree, milk and spices into a thick, creamy and delicious filling for this wonderful pie. When all of the ingredients are combined, gelatin and beaten egg whites are stirred and folded in to make the chiffon part. Chill and serve with a dusting of nutmeg.
